Position Purpose & Summary
Manage 2nd shift plant operations in Lake Odessa, MI\. This position is required to provide leadership around Safety, Engagement, and to ensure production goals are met\. This position will provide support, development, and coaching for Plant Supervisors and their teams\.
Principal Accountabilities
30% Operational Excellence : operations management including product quality; maintenance reliability, energy management, innovation, cost and budget management, efficiencies & best practices\. Meet or exceed regulatory and Cargill requirements\.
30% Leadership : coaching, performance management, development, recognition, engagement\. Continue efforts to build high performing team and engage all stakeholders
20% EHS Leadership : Ensure compliance and commitment to policies, procedures, and regulations\. Champion the continued development of a Zero Injury culture\.
20% Customer Solutions & Innovation : focus on continuous improvement and process management and cost efficiencies to support positive customer experiences\. Support and champion NPD and R&D efforts to drive product innovation across the enterprise\.
Additional Responsibilities:
This position shall have the responsibility to report problems with the food safety management system to identified person\(s\)\. This position has the responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions\.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of HACCP/OPRP/PRP \(GMP\) policies and requirements to complete all monitoring and/or verifications tasks as outlined in Food Safety Management System and ensure that corrections and corrective actions, if needed, are taken per the Food Safety Management System\.

Education, Experience, Skills
Minimum Required Qualifications
+ 4 year degree or equivalent experience \(6 years Operations experience AND 3 years supervisory\)
+ Strong listening / communication \(verbal and written\) with the ability to connect with a variety of audiences
+ Strong people management skills including the ability to engage, develop and motivate a large workforce
+ Ability to lead and influence others foster teamwork, and collaborate by holding self and others accountable\. Deliver on commitments\.
+ Relentless determination and courage to make things happen; strong execution skills; results\-oriented\.
+ Evidence of strong leadership skills in Safety, Food Safety, sanitation, developing and leading teams, budget management, regulatory compliance, food processing, and operational excellence

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
