Industrial Maintenance Technician

SUMMARY
A local food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team!
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Completion of work orders and/or projects as assigned in a timely manner.
Completion of daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance as assigned.
Complete daily checklist of responsibilities as required.
Complete and understand water quality inspection procedures testing and adjustments/wastewater.
Display knowledge and understanding of refrigeration systems, basic boiler operation, electrical systems and PLCs.
Ability to utilize testing equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters, etc.
Ability to perform pump, valves, gearbox reducers and cylinder rebuilds.
Maintain general housekeeping of maintenance shop and work areas.
Proper completion all paperwork pertaining to work orders, service call reports and purchase requisitions.
Enter data into Maintenance database, record daily activities utilizing database.
Initiate purchase requisitions for parts.
Ability to repair equipment and report issues to the maintenance supervisor.
Document operational, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
Document shift events, problems and repairs or actions taken.
Other special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous 2
years of Maintenance experience in a food-processing environment strongly preferred.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate should have strong computer skills.
Must be able to write legibly for recording of work orders, service logs and purchase orders.
Must be able to work one weekend a month and overtime as necessary.
Must have ability to communicate with Supervisor regarding quality, safety and assigned daily tasks. Must be able to listen and follow directions and be able to pass on accurate information during shift change.
Must be able to communicate with production supervisor and production stakeholders regarding projects in progress and upcoming.
Must follow all safety procedures and policies. Seek out and correct any unsafe conditions.
Must cooperate with other stakeholders and comply with company's policies and procedures. Work as a team; display a positive and constructive attitude.
Demonstrate initiative and strong motivation to meet production needs.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
